Remedial Reading Programs (2024–2025)
Kindergarten–1st Grade
Program: Early Literacy Support
Description: Targeted instruction based on DIBELS data for students below benchmark
Delivery: Small-group pull-out
Frequency: 3 times per week

2nd–3rd Grade
Program: Reading Intervention Block
Description: Focused instruction in decoding, fluency, and comprehension for students not meeting grade-level expectations
Delivery: Small-group push-in
Frequency: 3–4 times per week

3rd–8th Grade
Program: Tier 2/3 Support
Description: Remediation based on classroom assessments and teacher referral
Delivery: Interventionist-led groups
Frequency: 3–5 times per week

3rd–8th Grade (Summer)
Program: Summer Reading Lab
Description: Optional summer program for students identified as needing additional reading support
Delivery: In-person instruction
Frequency: 4 days per week (June)
Note: All remedial programs are data-driven and updated quarterly based on student progress.
