Richard Brown
Pastor Brown earned a degree from Union University and spent time teaching Middle School English before transitioning to his career in ministry. This helped inspire his
vision for bringing biblically-founded education with excellence to our community. He serves as the Pastor of Abundant Life Church as well as the Superintendent of ALCA.

Jonathan Bellairs
Mr. Bellairs earned a master’s degree in medieval literature at the University of California, Los Angeles. Before joining ALCA, he taught at the university and high school levels. He is passionate about bringing Christian education of the highest excellence to Fort Wayne through ALCA.
Financial Administrator
Chase Engquist
Mr. Engquist is a seasoned accounting, finance, and administrative professional. He is grateful to be a part of ALCA and its mission to positively impact the lives of its students and families.
Elementary Lead Teacher
Rebecca Porter
Mrs. Porter earned a bachelor’s degree and licensure from the University of Wisconsin. Prior to joining ALCA, she taught in a Fort Wayne public school. She is driven by her passion for shaping students’ futures and for Christian education.

Savannah Church
Ms. Church holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Bible College and is pursuing another degree in Education. She is excited to be a part of a program that offers the best in education to the next generation.

Joshua Christen
Mr. Christen holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University Fort Wayne. He is eager to teach at ALCA, where the classical education approach aligns perfectly with his passion for fostering a love of learning in students.

Shannon Engquist
Mrs. Engquist holds an associate’s degree in Science and will complete a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and licensure in 2025. She is thrilled to help make learning come alive for students at ALCA.

Mr. Baldridge holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is dedicated to ensuring that ALCA students are well-grounded educationally and spiritually.
